National Lutheran Schools Week kicks off today
St. Paul's Lutheran will join schools around the country this week in a celebration of National Lutheran Schools Week, St. Paul's Principal Robert Lange said.According to Lange, the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod boasts more than 1,000 elementary schools, 1,200 preschools and about 70 high schools. St. Paul's has an enrollment of 180 students, he said."Every staff member is dedicated to the Christ-centered, quality education of each child," St. Paul's Principal Robert Lange said in a letter to The Times. "The proof of that quality education is reflected in the caliber of students that have graduated from our school over the years."Lange has been principal at St. Paul's for more than four-and-a-half years.This year's NLSW theme is Lutheran Schools are "A Great Place to Grow."Students at St. Paul's will participate in special events this week including: 2 p.m.
