OFFICE: ESV Properties purchased a 33,000-square-foot office building at 4000 Garth Road in Baytown and an adjacent 4-acre tract for future development. Christopher Winters of Colliers International represented the seller, Garth Interests. Wade Sinclair of Claire Sinclair Properties represented the buyer.
LAND: WYAK Investments purchased 3 acres at the southeast corner of Town Park and North Course in Oak Park at Westchase Business Park from MK Equity Investments. Lane Guinn of JLM Commercial Advisors represented the buyer. Andrew Lear of Westchase Management Co. represented the seller.
LAND: Marlin Atlantis White, a Texas based development and investment company, sold 420 acres south of FM 646, west of FM 3436 and north of FM 517 in Texas City to Arete Real Estate Development, a Houston based company owned by Joe Fogarty.
